A mother agency finds new models, develops them, and places them with agencies in markets around the world. HUEMAN RESOURCES is a mother agency. We build your book, prepare you for castings and meetings, and stay with you as your guide for your whole career, wherever you work.
We do not charge anyone to sign with us or to be developed by us. HR earns a commission only when you work, so we do well when you do well. We are also selective. We do not sign everyone who applies, and we will always tell you honestly where you stand.
We want to be honest with you. As your career grows, some real investments can come up, such as test shoots to build your book, prints, or travel to a new market. We always explain what a cost is for and why it helps before anything happens, and the choice is yours.
Most of the models we develop started with no experience at all. Send us six honest photographs from your phone and a few details through our Get Discovered page. You do not need a portfolio. We look at every submission ourselves, and if we want to meet you, you hear from us.
Yes. Teens can apply through our Get Discovered page. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian fills in the form and sends it for you, with their own contact details, so we can speak with them first. For every model under 18, we work closely with a parent or guardian.
Take your time and trust your instincts. A good agency is happy to explain how it works and how it earns its money. It has real models with real work you can see, it gives you a clear written contract you are welcome to read at home, and it never rushes you into a decision.
