HUEMAN RESOURCES is a mother agency based in Medford, Oregon. This page explains what we collect through huemanresources.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: assistant@huemanresources.com.
When you apply to be scouted
The Get Discovered form asks for your name, email, phone, date of birth, where you are based, your measurements, your social media, a few short answers and six photographs. We use it for one thing: deciding whether to meet you and represent you.
- Your application is stored by our website host (Netlify) and sent to our agency inbox. Only our team reads it.
- We never sell it and never use it for advertising. If we sign you, we share your photographs and measurements with the agencies we place you with, and only then.
- We keep an application while we are considering it. Ask us and we delete it.
Children and teens
If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must fill in and send the application for you, with their own name and contact details. If we learn that we received details about a child under 13 without a parent or guardian, we delete them. For applicants aged 13 to 17, we speak with a parent or guardian before any agreement is made. Parents and guardians can ask us at any time to see or delete their child’s details.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages are visited, how long for, the kind of device and browser, the website or search that sent you, and your approximate location (city and country, worked out from your internet address). Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, so this is not used to show you ads. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Heatmaps and visit recordings
We use PostHog to see where people click and how far they scroll on each page (heatmaps). This part stores no cookies on your device.
With your permission only, PostHog also records your visit so we can replay how the pages behaved: mouse movements, taps, scrolling and page changes. We ask first with a small banner; nothing is recorded until you press Allow. Anything you type is never recorded, and the Get Discovered page and model digitals pages are never recorded at all. Recordings are kept for 30 days.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as “No”: no heatmap or recording tool loads.
Cookies and storage
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. If you allow recording, PostHog stores an identifier on your device so one visit’s pages are replayed together. The site also remembers small things in your browser, such as whether you have passed the welcome screen and the recording choice you made.
Who else handles it
Netlify (hosting and the application form), Google (analytics and our email) and PostHog (heatmaps and recordings) process data for us under their own security terms. None of them may use it for their own purposes on our behalf, and we do not sell or rent anyone’s information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing assistant@huemanresources.com. We answer within 45 days. Residents of Oregon, California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
